1) Domain Management
a) Automated Domain Creation
This function automates the entire domain creation process in such a way that all you need to do is set its domain name and other important details. Within a matter of seconds your new site will be up and running and ready for you to start working on it. Aside from that, you can also import already existing domains into the WordPress Manager and manage those domains from inside the program as well.
b) Domain Grouping
To make it easier to organize the sites under your network, you can group your domains together according to your own specifications and categories. For example if you own around 6-10 websites for skin care products, you can group them together under one category for 'Skin Care Product' sites. This gives you the capacity to practically manage groups of sites at one single time.
c) Automatic WordPress Installation
You can choose to have WordPress installed if you want, along with the themes, plugin and files you want to use for your domains. If you choose to have WordPress installed, you can automatically have the most current version of WordPress installed and set the program to automatically upgrade the software if a newer version gets released.
d) Automatic Domain Checks
The program automatically checks to ensure that your domains are still online via ping check within a given time interval and also makes precautionary procedures to prevent and deal with potential server errors. Aside from that, it also automatically pulls in WHOIS information on each domain including registrar, expiry date and servers.
a) Mass Posting
Through the WordPress Manager's interface, you can easily publish your posts to one or more blogs in your network. All you need to do is enter in the post's details and then select the desired blog or blogs where you want your post to be published.
b) Post Repository
With this repository, you can easily see all of the posts you have and you have instant access to all of them. You can also easily search, manage, update, publish or delete them as you desire. Aside from that, you can see the full publishing history of each of your posts and import XML files of posts.
c) SpinTax Integration
Spinning content is made easier with the Standard SpinTax fully supported and integrated into the program. You also have access to the built in thesaurus which integrates with the Thesaurus.com API. You can also easily define your own thesaurus entries or just let the WordPress Manager do it for you. This allows you to consistently produce unique content for all of your sites with ease.
d) Drip Feeds
The program lets you create and manage drip feeds which allows you to automatically publish your posts at defined time intervals. You just need to select the posts you'll be publishing, select the blogs where they'll be published and define the time interval between each post is published. After that, the WordPress Manager does the rest of the work for you. To provide even more control, you can also name your feeds and define them by type according to how your posts are going to be published
3) Campaigns
Apart from managing your domains and content, you can also centrally manage your campaigns to ensure that your blogs and sites are getting promoted properly. Aside from that, you can properly organize all of your promotional materials, link codes and see sales statistics from the programs you're promoting too. The functions you can use within this feature are the following: a) Sponsor Management
With a WordPress Manager you can easily define all the sponsors that you promote. Once this is done, the program automatically downloads new sales data from your sponsors every hour. You can choose to download the data manually if you need to but either way, you get a centralized location for viewing all of the statistics from your sponsors.
b) Media and Promotional Material Management
To help you in managing all of the media you use for your sites, you can use the program's built media library to centrally manage all of the media and promotional materials you have such as videos, pictures, audio and text even if these items have already been scattered all throughout your network of sites. Support is also given for thumbnail generation, video encoding and photo editing functions such as cropping and resizing.
c) Link tracking
Tracking the links that go to and from your sites becomes easier through the WordPress Manager's built-in link tracker. You can generate URLs that can be easily set to redirect anywhere you want them to and easily monitor the amount of traffic that goes through those links.
d) Campaign Tracking
Aside from tracking links, you can also track multiple campaigns & traffic sources and monitor them in the same way you would monitor the links on your websites.
4) Statistics
Effectively monitor all of the sites within your network through the WordPress Manager's comprehensive statistics viewer. With this feature, you are able to see detailed statistics generated by your sites in real time. Everything you need to know about all of the activities generated from your websites and blogs is laid out in easy to read tables so you won't miss anything at all.All the statistics are organized as follows :
a) Sales Statistics
Every hour, the WordPress Manager automatically downloads sales data from all the sponsors and programs you promote and is integrated into the overall sales statistics table. From there you can easily see the number of views, clicks, joins, sales, refunds, chargebacks, commissions and ratios. Sales from your site network are also easier to see since they are broken down by domain, page, link code, campaign, country and even media item. In order to have a better overview; graphical or tabular display of all the statistics are available and can be selected based on your preference.
b) Traffic Statistics
All the traffic to your network of sites is automatically tracked by traffic analytics software and is also automatically integrated into the overall statistics of the WordPress Manager. You can see hits, bounce rate, time on site, pages per-visit, keywords, browser, OS and screen resolution used by your visitors. Graphic and tabular displays are also available and can also be set according to your preferences just like the sale statistics function. All the statistics are also broken down by domain, page, link code, etc%u2026
c) Other Statistics
Aside from being able to see the sales and traffic statistics generated by your sites, you can also see statistics for your campaigns, link codes and media items even if these are spread out through your entire network. You'll see the number of views, clicks, sales and rebills. Not only that, you also get to see which domain, page and country those were from and just like the previous two statistics, all of them are broken down for easier comprehension and viewing.
d) SERP (Search Engine Result Page) Checker
Since SEO plays an important role in blog and website management today, this function within the WordPress Manager allows you to easily monitor how your sites rankings stand on major search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. Once you've defined all of the keywords for your domains, the program automatically pulls in SERP's every day from the search engines. You can then see your current rankings along with a detailed history of how your domains and keyword combinations have moved through the rankings.

Using A WordPress Manager in Internet Marketing
With the WordPress Manager benefits, you'll not only be capable of handling entire networks of sites, but you'll also be able to work over and around particular issues that arise if you would manage sites manually, such as :
- slower site creation and set up time
- remembering login data for all of your individual sites
- jumping from one site's admin panel to the next when managing and making changes
- being limited to only see statistics for each individual site
- creating content and ensuring that content is distributed to your sites timely
These are just but a fraction of other problems you'll encounter when setting up your own sites manually without the help of a system or program. And so the question is : "How does a WordPress Manager will help me with this?"
To answer this question, here are the benefits you'll get by using a WordPress Manager.
1. Centralized Control and Management - As you've read in the features area, a WordPress Manager is designed to give its users control over every important area of each of the websites and blogs within the network. All of the commands can be executed from one central location which drastically lessens the amount of time you need to spend in overall management.
2. Automated Processes - Most of the processes in the WordPress Manager have been automated such as WordPress updating, the drip feed function and even the data gathering for statistics. This lessens the burden on the part of the user for the necessity to do all of these activities and thus opens up more opportunities and time to be devoted in other important things.
3. Easier Organization - Organizing domains, content and media can be easily done with the program through the central window. You won't have to spend too much time looking for a particular article or a certain domain you intend to make changes to since everything can be properly categorized according to your own specifications.
4. Easier Monitoring - Seeing how well your sites are doing also becomes a lot easier through the Statistics feature. Since everything is laid out in a very detailed and comprehensive manner, you will be able to get the most up to date insight of your entire operations.
5. Faster Responses to Changes - Due to the fact that everything is centralized, automated, organized and can be easily monitored; if ever any major changes or situations were to arise which would require drastic changes to your sites, you can easily make them all within the program. Server errors, article updates, domain issues and others can all be dealt with accordingly and with ease.
With all of these features and benefits, using a WordPress Manager is clearly one of the best ways to manage multiple blogs and multiple websites around today especially if you are into using WordPress a lot. It is also clear that this program will eventually become a must have for potential webmasters, internet marketers, online entrepreneurs and every other person that requires an effective way to managing blogs and websites.
