I work from home
Doing marketing on the internet, calling potential customers and fix up appointment for the occassional meeting. Most of the time is spent on internet marketing.

My daily routine
Wake up, read the news, breakfast, then wake the dog. Then 2 hours of internet marketing before lunch. After lunch another hr of internet marketing before calling up customers( old and new) to touch base. Then its relax time for 2 hours before dinner. After its basically free time.
My tips for keeping a good work-life balance from home
Be disciplined, try to complete your work amid all distraction like.....your bed, TV programs and other misc stuff around the house. Set up a little time schedule to keep to.
