Work Out The Right way!

Through this article i hope to educate you on the basics on how to work out properly and hopefully clear your minds from all the garbage advertisers put into your heads. By now if you are reading this page i can draw a couple conclusions you are either desperate for some information, or fed up with all the lies you have been told, or your head is spinning from everything you hear, or you just flat out came across this without even looking. No matter why you are here i plan to help you clear up and hopefully help you on your way to a beach body! by saying this i hope you don't assume i am going to give you some super workout routine that will make you toned in 3 days. 3. It's Not Easy! But When The Results Show You Wont Regret One Second Of It!

The Number one thing you need to accomplish any task in life is dedication and i don't know why but this fact always seems to be left behind when it comes to working out. People always go for these work out machines and gadgets they see on t.v saying do this for 10 minutes twice a week and you will have rock hard abs. This has never been true and never will be true the definition of workout if you search is "a daily training session" Daily being the main word.

How Many times Should I Work Out?

How Many times a week you should work out is simple the minimum is 4 times a week and optimal is 6 times a week. This is not to say that you are going to work out your biceps 6 times in one week you actually want to do almost the opposite you should NEVER work out the same body part 2 days in a row doing this you will see less results and could end up just hurting the muscle because when you work out you are tearing the muscle then when you go to sleep it rebuilds the muscle bigger and stronger thus explaining how we get bigger muscles if you don't give you muscles sufficient time to rebuild you are just hurting yourself. A basic routine will go like this:

Day 1: Chest, back, and abs
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Shoulders, arms, and abs
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Legs, Back, and abs
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Rest also recommended that you spend lots of time stretching during this day.

There is lots of time for your muscles to rebuild in this routine but it will also give you a good workout thus being effective. I recommend you do follow a 6 day workout routine similar to this one here this is just basic so make sure you do your research and find some more new exercises and fine tune a routine that works for you. What Weights Should I Use To Effectivley Work Out? 

All Depends on the results you want!

The weight to use is all up to you if you want to build big muscles your going to want to find a weight that you can only do 4 or 5 reps with. If you want to build more toned muscles but still want big muscles find a weight that allows you to do anywhere from 6-12 reps. If the swimmer body is what you are looking for with small but really toned muscles then find a weight that allows you to do anywhere from 15-19 reps any more reps than this in my books is a complete waste of time. Now when picking these weights it is easy to get confused because i can pick up lets say a 25 pound weight start doing curls and stop at 5 reps and this would do nothing for me because really i could have done another 10 reps of this 25 pound weight so i really didn't work out anything by doing this but if i grab a 40 pound weight and i feel myself struggling and i can feel the burn in my bicep and the 5th rep i no i have done something. The trick is to always MAX OUT! if i grab that 40 pound weight again a month from now and i get to that 5th rep but i know i can keep going i am going to keep going until i feel that burn and can no longer lift the weight so i may do 8 reps and thats ok now i know the next time to move to 45 pounds or maybe 50 it all depends just make sure you MAX OUT! i cannot stress enough the amount of information that can be obtained easily from the product i mentioned before it can help you in every aspect of working out for only $77 most routines like it cost over $800 and it is the real deal! if anything spend 10 minutes and look through the website i promise you it will not disappoint.
