World of Warcraft Leveling Tips

With the release of The Wrath of the Lich King expansion, World of Warcraft fans are rushing to level their characters up as fast as possible so that they can access the new content. For some people leveling is easy, for others its not so easy. A couple days after the expansion was release their were level 80s on almost all realms. I found myself wondering how is this possible? I spend a lot of time playing and had barely gained three or four levels. I knew it was possible to level this fast, I just didn't know how...until now.

So how are these people leveling so fast? Its a combination of a couple different things. Using your rested XP (rested XP is earned by being in an inn)is a great help, but if you spend a lot of time playing you probably aren't getting much rested XP. Keeping plenty of supplies (arrows, food, potions, etc..)in your bags so you don't have to return to towns as often also saves time. But the main thing that will help you level the fastest is knowing which quests to do in which order. A lot of the quests in the game can be grouped other quests, but if you don't know which quests you'll be doing the same thing multiple times, this really slows down your leveling time.

If you are new to the game or have only leveled a couple characters to 70 or 80 then you probably don't know which quests are worth skipping, or which quests to group. Without doing a lot of research (which will slow you down) you'll be doing quests that aren't worth your time, you'll be killing the same mobs over and over when you could have grouped quests to only do it once. But there is a way, leveling guides are becoming very popular and this is how people are getting to 80 so fast. There are a few different leveling guides online, some are great and some aren't as good. The only problem with leveling guides is that they aren't free, and most people don't want to pay for something if they don't know how well it will work for them.

Its hard to say which leveling guide is the best because their are two factions, Horde and Alliance. I only play Horde so in my opinion Joana's 1-80 Horde Leveling Guide is the best. Here is why. This is a great help, you don't have to worry about accepting quests that aren't worth your time. It makes things a lot easier on you. The guide has an add-on with map coordinates for all the quests so that you know exactly where you should be going.
