MMORPG:
World of Warcraft is a MMORPG. This abbreviation stands for massively multiplayer online role-playing game. This means that World of Warcraft is a virtual world where players from around the world, divided into servers on the different continents, with each other and play together. With large numbers of players play in a world where you can communicate with each other and to collaborate.

Cost:
But there are now charges for sex games. Blizzard, the makers of World of Warcraft, ask for a monthly fee of EUR 13 completed. From this they pay their staff, which is involved in maintaining the game, renew it and also pay for their hosts on which * servers. With so many servers simultaneously giving them a power line to the hosts, but the people at Blizzard earn tons of money.

Factions:
And now something about the game itself. In World of Warcraft you as it were two camps: the Alliance and the Horde. You can look as good against evil. These two camps are together constantly. This is a one-man attack, or a whole group. Once you have selected a server in a character * to create the Alliance or the Horde, then that server registered for that * one faction, and can also only characters of that faction are created. This can lead to a maximum of 9 characters per server.

Classes:
Before you create a character in the server of your choice, you decide what you are going. You can either decide which breed you want (the Alliance has the Humans, Dwarves, Gnomes and Night Elves and the Horde, the Trolls, Taurens, Undead and Orcs) and what class you want to be. With the expansion of World of Warcraft, which in January convenience, you also have Draeni and Blood Elf. This determines the rest of the game, because you can not change later. However, you can create a new character that you grant a different class. The classes in World of Warcraft are: Rogue, Hunter, Mage, Priest, Paladin, Warrior, Shaman, Warlock.

Leveling:
What is important in an MMORPG is that you train your own goes. You start at level 1, and you work your way down to level 60. This is so far the maximum level. In January, however, an expansion for this game, the maximum level is increased to 70. By defeating monsters and the successful execution of quests you get experience. If you have enough experience (experience points) were acquired, climb to the next level.

Quests:
What I personally find very good for World of Warcraft is a very large number of quests in the game down. Quests are tasks you must perform for someone. Everywhere in the world of World of Warcraft characters are a yellow (or silver colored) exclamation mark above their head. You can take their orders, which you obviously richly rewarded. It brings more variety in the game than just animals to slaughter.

Guilds:
Most MMORPGs also have the ability to form a group. Similarly, World of Warcraft. By a group to make more and more people to invite to your group, there is a large collaborative group. This can take the form of a temporary cooperation (by making a 'party') or in the form of a collaboration for a longer period, with one person in charge of the rest. The latter is called a guild. Translated into Dutch, the same meaning as our word guild.

Professions:
Besides leveling up your character is also possible (actually it's more a must-have) in order to Leveling Professions. These are fields that you own armor, potions or other things can make. By collecting certain objects and then combining, you can create special items or made. In World of Warcraft, we have the following Professions: Leatherworking, Skinning, Alchemy, herbalism, Mining, Blacksmithing, Tailoring, Engineering, Enchanting, Cooking, Fishing, First Aid.

Review:
I personally, along with all those millions of World of Warcraft players, this is a great game. However, it is addictive, but that most MMORPG's do. You still have time to stop. But it will not be mad, because it should not go for other important things. Graphically the game fine. The landscapes look good, and the characters and monsters are created in a fun way. The steering is also quite simple, although you have a class have many skills that you should try to use simultaneously. The sound is very basic and there is not always a background music while playing. All in all, I find it a good game, but you must decide whether you find it worth the monthly cost.

Glossary:
* hosts: those who make it possible for files or programs online.
* character: this is a game character. To play the game.
* Faction: this is the word used to split into two camps on it.
