Do Microsoft Corp + Yahoo! Inc pose any threat to Google? It is ongoing big story. Really or are we making it a big story? I am not much of an expert but I can surely tell this topic has a great gravity. It is going to decide the future. It will decide what we consumers' get out of Microsoft, Yahoo and Google.It will affect many other companies who are directly or indirectly related to these things. By the way for who already do not know Microsoft's bid $44.6 billion for Yahoo is a radical departure from its traditional strategy of building its businesses from within.

Damn all those things let's come to the hot topic what my views are about this deal?
Well a good heck of a deal.Hey I was thinking what I need to offer to buy Google? LOL
If it offends just ignore it. Oh what am I doing come to the point. As per my views or belief what ever you call it. Google will stand really strong for quite a long period of time. Microsoft and Yahoo deal has coined many new words like MicroHoo and YAcrosoft. Well I was thinking is it not weird to hear? That's a lot old story and a new story too. Yahoo was first offered in early 2007 and now in early 2008.Lot of earlies isn't it? What currently happening is Google is attacking Microsoft's offer to Yahoo! Does Google fear of this deal? I don't know correctly what's on mind of Google?

The current story is Google is likely trying to draw the attention of regulators with its attack on Microsoft's offer. Antitrust officials are sure to review any acquisition. Google's criticism also indicates that the search giant views a proposed marriage of Microsoft and Yahoo as a major threat. According to media reports, Google has suggested the possibility of a partnership with Yahoo that would help the company remain independent. The media always does things like this; it's a worldwide well known fact.

So what's going-on on Microsoft camp? Here is a piece of info I got. Ballmer said Monday he would like to complete a deal before the end of 2008, but that might be hard to pull off in a presidential election year.

What's Yahoo response to deal is clear with this piece of news. Yahoo Chief Executive Jerry Yang, for his part, told employees in an email that the company will review the offer "thoughtfully and carefully" and he called Microsoft's bid "one of many options." The email, written on Friday, was made public Monday in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
