Have a Grand Opening!
If you just paid thousands of dollars to buy a brick-and-mortar travel agency, how big would your grand opening be? What we have is just as powerful... in fact we offer much more than those other online sites. Don't keep it a secret. Expose your friends to the fact that you have a travel agency, and show them how to save money on their travel. Tips for a Successful Travel Party
- Schedule your Power Team Leader to help...
even if they have to be on the phone - Invite twice as many people as you expect to attend
- Have island music playing when guests arrive
- Provide inexpensive Hawaiian leis for guests to wear
- Keep it fun and lively with light refreshments
- Scatter vacation pictures around to spark conversation
- Show the DVD presentation
- Have your Power Team Leader answer prospects' questions
DVD Presentations
Nervous? Don't worry. Let the proven presentation systems do the work for you. Make sure you have a television and DVD player that can be seen and heard by everyone. There are several great presentations to choose from, including the newly released Circle of Champions, a glimpse into the lives of 12 succesful YTB leaders. FAM Trip Validation Book
Every RTA should compile a FAM Trip Book to share with friends, family and prospects. You'll want to have it handy for your house party too, so guests can see what it means to travel as an insider. Pass it around the room after you have shown the DVD presentation. One of the reasons people resist signing up for their own travel business is that the program seems too good to be true. The FAM Trip Book validates our awesome program with facts and figures. Making Your Own FAM Trip Validation Book
- Login to your Travel Portal
- Click on the "FAM Trips" link, then click on "Mailpound Family" or "FAM Rates"
- Find and print out a FAM trip for each of the following: Hotel, Beach, Cruise, Europe
- Highlight discounts with a yellow marker
- Look up regular consumer pricing for these trips and print them out
- Insert the FAM Trip and comparison printouts in clear sheets and add to binder
- Put colorful printouts in the front, B & W printouts in the back
- Add your own FAM trip pictures, receipts, and trip reports for even more powerful validation!
