It's Not as Hard as it Looks
I know...you hear 'Yoga' and you think of guys in turbans with their legs wrapped around their heads. Or maybe you think of young ladies taking fitness classes at the gym while you pump iron?
I used to think that bodybuilding was for guys and Yoga was for gals. Then, I looked into it a little further. You know what? This yoga stuff is:
* Not too feminine
* Quite difficult...in a 'building muscle and endurance' kind of way
* Very good for you
I started doing Yoga at a time in my life when I was as concerned about my blood pressure and joint-strength as I was about flat abs and broad shoulders.
So here is a lens about Yoga, slanted towards guys who want to get into shape and don't (or can't) feel up to pumping iron.

- Bruce Van Horn
- When I first considered doing Yoga, I wanted something not 'feminine'. Bruce Van Horn's book "Yoga for Men" came with a CD that you listen to while you work out. While it's hardly 'high testosterone', I assure you, his workouts build muscle and endurance. Here's a little information on him.
- Diamond Dallas Page
- Anyone who knows me know's I'm a big fan of Pro Wrestling. Diamond Dallas Page was a major name in the sport in the mid and late 90's. As he got older and his body began to wear down, his wife tried to talk him into Yoga as a way to preserve and strengthen his body.

- When I strated doing Yoga, I picked up a 2-tape set from Rodney Yee. in the into, he seemed like a nice enough guys (aren't all yogis?!)
Rodney Yee kicked my ass.
