First of all, you have to register at the BonBonKakku.com website, then you can upload your own design patterns (up to 5) and take part in the creative competition with other designers. You can comment other designers work and purchase fabrics you like. If your creation will be approved by other fellow-designers for the production you even have a chance to make some money!

Every fabric designed on our site will be published on our site for viewers to see and vote for. We will choose the fabrics to sell on our store based on the results of viewers voting.

If you have never found nice fabrics to buy, why don't you design them yourself? Nobody knows better what is best for your home than you, so why don't you try it?! At BonBonKakku.com webshop you can also buy fabrics that somebody like you has designed. To get your own design to the shop first you have to register yourself, then submit your design to the website.

All the visitors of the site are scoring the designs, hopefully also yours, you can also promote your design to be scored. The competition has started and the heat is on! As the voting continues, the best designs get selected to the web shop. Go on - see how your design will do! Why not?

Scandinavian born Lotta Anderson's label doesn't just carry her name (dotter means "daughter" in Swedish, and her father's name is Jan) - it reflects an entire lifestyle. From her beloved medium of screen printing, strongly rooted in Scandinavia, to the earthy color schemes and neutral fabrics she uses, Lotta's designs tell her story.

Nature is ever present in Lotta's linens, stationary and ceramics, largely revealing the four seasons of her childhood's Ă…land, an island between Sweden and Finland. But equally present is the urban sleek, the shapes and colors from her many travels to places like Oporto, Portugal, to Marfa, Texas, or Tokyo, Japan. To help keep track of her impressions she carries a "visual journal".     Cool website idea. I'm reminded of Project Runway, where the designers make up their own fabric on sort of electronic gadget. Maybe, you might want to check it out for this lens. It would make better sense to feature THAT designing gadget than the Kindle for reading books. Just a thought! Take care!
