I want to be your Weight Loss Coach.

OK so what qualifies me?
Besides being a Certified Diet Wellness Coach I have been where you are now, and I understand.

I looked for years and years before finding the answer.

What did I find?
I found - there is no - One Size Fits All - for Weight Loss!

People have different genetic types, and so their program must be somewhat different according to their unique type.

I have learned the different genetic types and how to work with each one.

What else qualifies me?

I have made it my mission in life to help people to Change Their Life. And I do it by teaching them how to correctly lose weight for the long-term and during the class course -I also teach wellness.

No one really gains anything if they lose the weight- along with their health in the process.

I only want the best for you. In other words - I care.

I want to teach you with the tools that will not only last for your life, but ones that you may share with your entire family.

We need our families, our communities and everyone to be healthier, happier, vibrant and with everything to live for.

That means my mission is an important one.

How do I teach? I teach by computer and by Tele-Conference classes. I have taught people from across the nation so it doesn't matter where you live.

I teach in class settings. Classes have been from 4 or 5 to 15. I don't really like classes larger than 15 at a time.

For those who want private one-on -one classes I do that too, it is a little more expensive, although not too much..

Group Discounts: Oh, if you have a group of 10 or more I do give discounts. Also, this is a fantastic way to lose the weight together - and also benefit from your own group support system.

One more thing I feel you need to know. I only work with people committed to get results. I am very 'result oriented'; again it is because I do care.

So, only contact me if you truly want results, and will extend the effort to apply the material. Just registering for a class, and paying your money will not guarantee results.

Don't Stress Out - Get Your Own Great Weight Loss Coach

Just stop and think about it, all Champions got there because of their determination and then teaming that determination with a great coach.

Your weight loss coach must have already been where you are. Your coach must have had success in learning what works and what doesn't.

Your coach must care about your success; and that caring must be coupled with passion and enthusiasm.

You must have access to your coach for extra help, to answer your questions, and to tweak your program when necessary. Yes, sometimes it is necessary to tweak our program.

Your coach must also be your cheerleader- to cheer you on to success.

Your coach must be able to give you the right diet for you, and that is different for different genetic and body types.

Your coach must be able to teach you how to become more aware of cause and effect. Cause and effect is an important part of achieving success.

Your coach must also hold you to be accountable. Without accountability you will not accomplish your goals.

Your coach must be 'result oriented' to help you stay on track.

Yes you can become the champion you have always dreamed of - the right size and improved health champion.

The Right Plan for You (yes it's different for different people)

The last reason: A coach is probably the most underrated of all the needed factors in weight loss, but is the one that can help you with all the other factors. And don't forget the real benefit of:

Accountability to someone on a regular basis
That is key

Remember, you and those you love are worth the effort and the expense of accomplishing your hearts desire.

How do I teach?

Just how does this all work?

Carmel The Diet Wellness Coach - Weight Loss Coach

I teach by computer and by Tele-Conference. In that way it doesn't matter where you live.

I send all material by computer. It is the technological age after all. We have our classes by phone. I use a Tele-Conference system, and generally it will take up to 99 people, but, I don't have classes that large. I want people to get lots of individual attention.

Each and every week for the entire 10 week course I teach a different aspect of wellness. They are all needed.

Yes, as stated I use 10 weeks as the starting commitment. Why 10 weeks?

Because it is short enough to be achievable and long enough to establish new habits that will be the foundation of a lifestyle that supports good health and fitness.

If you were hoping for a magic pill, perhaps a "Lose Weight While You Sleep" approach, then you've come to the wrong place. Actually there is no magic pill, but there are ways to make it easier on you.

If you are not willing to commit to 10 weeks then you aren't willing to do what is necessary to make a permanent change.

That 10 weeks will pass whether you do anything differently or not, but if you do make a change, after 10 weeks you'll see a significant improvement, you'll feel wonderful, and you'll be well on your way to the permanent resolution of your weight problem forever.

This is where those that are serious about creating lifelong change get on track and those that won't put forth any effort get off.

It's your choice to lose, it's that simple.
