Your Free Monthly Gift, A Waste of Time or A New Opportunity To Make Passive Income?
2 months ago I joined forces with Todd Gross, you know, the "Weatherman turned Internet Marketer" to produce a site where quality Internet Marketing products can be downloaded without the usual hassles of One Time Offers and a ton of lists to join.
The site is called Your Free Monthly Gift.
I figured I'd try it since I could get a freebie every single month. You see, that was my initial motivation.
In addition, since it was also free to join, No Harm, No Foul.
To be frank, I was surprised at the quality of free gifts I could download.
Gifts like:
*Derrick VanDyke's Automatic Money machine
*How To Rank High In The Search Engines
*How To Get Other People To Build Your List For You
*Blogging for Profit
*Todd's Internet Marketing Audio Tips
and more items I found valuable.
In addition, Todd informed me that I could become a JV Partner with his site.
And Get this . . .
He would do all the work.
I just had to get marketers to the free monthly gift website, and after they joined, he would promote a special email each week to them, nothing invasive, just 1 or 2 emails a week.
The specials would be products at prices you couldn't get ANYWHERE else on the NET.
I'm talking about, The Lowest Prices for some very high quality items.
Since I joined as a Your Free Monthly Gift member, I received these emails as well and I've taken advantage of some of the bargains offered ... it was a true "no brainer".
When I became a JV Partner, his 1 or 2 emails a week to members I encouraged to join, has made me money in my PayPal account,
100% commission.
And I Did Nothing. I just asked folks to take advantage of a free offer, to join "Your Free Monthly Gift" website. It turned out to be a Win/Win arrangement.
How?
Some of those marketers I encouraged to join for free, became JV Partners as well and they encouraged others to join the site.
The Results:
They started making money from Todd's "1 or 2 emails a week promotions".
So What Is The Down-side?
I wish Todd had more email examples for newbies to send out to friends and associates. There's only one basic email to send out with 2 Subject Lines to choose from.
For those of us who love to create email messages, this is not a problem but to the New Marketer, there is a learning curve in creating good response generating email messages.
But they can use the email script Todd has available, it gets results.
From what I understand, he plans to place additional email examples on the site in the future.
All in All, I'm more than happy with the site since it actually creates a Passive Income for me and as anyone will tell you, this is the Best Type of Income you can have. :-)

Yes . . . Build a Website.
Your Online Store Front
A website gives you credibility, it shows that you are a professional and someone a buyer can trust. A website also has your contact information on it. This eases doubt in the prospect's/buyer's mind.No one wants to do business with someone who won't invest in their own business.
Compare it to the off-line world. Would you rather buy from a peddler with no storefront or mall site?
The answer's obvious and the same is true of the internet. You MUST Have a Website, it is your store front.
That's why I always tell my students to build a blog AND a website first and then link the two. This will get both indexed within 4 to 5 days if you follow my strategy.
What should your website be about? What do you love? And will it make you money?
My niche is opt-in marketing, just type in "opt-in marketing" into Google Search, I'm #1 of over 2 million competitors for that keyword ...

Get the idea n0w? Linking and Blogging is the KEY with a website ranked number 1 or 1 million and 1. It's all the same, the links and their ranking are important.
So what is it that you love, have a passion for?
And the Major question to ask:
Can it make you money. Create a website for a money making niche, link it to your blog, link your blog to it and you're off and running.
And if you do this right, both blog and website get indexed fast. Then it's on to additional strategy.
Building a website on something you love is not hard. If you have a passion for it, it's a breeze.
