Many things are involved into name Zastava. Zastava means Flag on English. Also songs are written for several Zastava cars. Like Yugo 45 by Forbidden Smoking (Zabranjeno Pusenje). Zastava cars have many jokes, because quality of cars was very low. But we love them.

Zastava 10 was a Zastava Automobili manufactured in Kragujevac, Serbia.
Zastava 10 was related to the Italian Fiat Punto Mark 2b and was developed between 2006 and 2008.
Basic characteristics include power steering and driver's airbag.
Elective characteristics include dual front airbags, ABS, (anti-lock braking system, with EBD,(Electronic brakeforce distribution), air conditioning also includes automatic windows.
Although the Zastava 10 was the zastava automobili's most advanced model, it confronted intense competition against automobiles like the Volkswagen Polo. Even so, it's advantages over a lot of its competitors were it's lower price, smaller in size, and occasionally, versatility.
In December 2007 the price of Zastava 10 started from EUR 7,550.
In March 2007 Zastava 10's portion of sold automobiles in Serbian automobile market equaled 11%.
Zastava exported automobiles to previous Yugoslav commonwealths, Bulgaria and Albania.
