Working with organizations is the key to making BIG money with ZenZuu as your partner. A win-win-win process.

We will now describe how to help organizations raise funds without costing friends and members cash. A few minutes per month substitutes for out of pocket dollars. A logical extension of prerequsites ZenZuu 101 and ZenZuu 102. If you have not read these 2, links can be found at www.squidoo.com/Elkierog or by searching on ElkieRog above.

A few definitions of ZenZuu 103 terms (repeated from ZenZuu 102)

What are Rep's, AR's, AE's, and AD's

Please note that these titles are awarded based on individual accomplishments, not purchased. This is very different from most MLM companies.

"Rep"
A person that uses ZenZuu just like they use MySpace or any other social site, would be called a Rep. for Independent Marketing Representative.

"Active Rep"
In order to collect your share of the Advertisint Revenue you must log in and log out 30 times each Month. That level of activity qualifies you as an AR, or Active Representative. These login's and logouts can be accomplished in 10-15 minutes on the first day of the month, or scattered thruout the month in normal daily activities, as you see fit.

"AE or Advertising Executive"
An "AE" is an Active Rep that has shared the gift of ZenZuu with at least 2 other individuals or organizations that have become and maintioned the status of "Active Rep" Once qualigied as an AE, you are then paid on all downline down 9 levels.

"AD or Advertising Director"
An "AD" is an Active Rep that has shared the gift of ZenZuu with at least 10 other individuals or organizations that have become and maintioned the status of "Active Rep" Once qualigied as an AD, you are then paid on all downline Rep's down 10 levels and receive a bonus equal to a percentage of the income of all Active Rep's on your 10th level. This is the equivalent of being paid thru 19 levels.

This percentage bonus on the 10th level is 100% for those that reach AD by Aug 31, 2008, and 75% for those reaching AD after Aug 31st. Those reaching AD after Aug 31st can still get the 100% bonus by giving the gift of ZenZuu to 100 Active Rep's.

For examples of how this risidual income works, see the "Comp plan" or "Compensation Plan" details again.

All non profit organizations (NPO's) need cash

This is a win-win-win deal

Most NPO's struggle by on whatever cash contributions they can manage from members and associated donors. All spend considerable effort on these fundraising activities.

What ZenZuu offers is an opportunity to redirect those human resources in another direction. Some will use the additional income stream to expand their operations and some will realocate effort to other programs. All will benefit.

This is a win-win-win situation all the way. The NPO wins by developing a new stream of revenue, the donors win by donating a few minutes per month instead of cash, and in fact often develope an income stream of their own, and of course you win because as their sponsor you get as much income as the sum of their incomes.

Working With an NPO through Zenzuu

How to sponsor an oragnization

Probably the easiest example is a church. Churchs are now doing it 2 ways. Some place the Pastor above the church in the ZenZuu organization, which is of course advantagous to the Pastor. Who ever thought that his Pastor was adequately paid? And of course, in these days of moving Pastor's around, that way of organizing might work out to your benefit. You could end up with another church in your downline if he is reassigned.

Others place the church on your first level and the Pastor below the Church on the same level with, or above the rest of the members, in the ZenZuu organization.

The trick to be learned here is the enrollment of the NPO. To sponser an NPO or a company, fill out the application page with the organization name's first word in the first name box and the rest of the words in the name as one word with no spaces in the last name box. The name boxes on the form do not allow spaces, so Boy Scouts of America would be Boy in the first name box and ScoutsofAmerica in the last name box.

And as you progress down the page, some things like date of birth, sex, and so on do not apply. Just fill in fiction to get past the filters for completness.

And on subsequent pages, most things are optional, and have no meaning relative to an organization. You may publicize whatever activities you wish people to see when they pull up the profile of the organization.

Oragnization for a large NPO using Zenzuu

In any group there needs to be a leader or it does not work smoothly. In a large group, there needs to be a leadership structure. Expecting one person to lead and help more than 10-20 people is unrealistic. And of course, the less people, the better the group functions. In management school this is called "span of control" and the more people involved the thinner the leader is spread.

In a large church, the Asst. Pastors, Lay Pastors, Church Board members, and Deacons or whatever their titles are, should be utilized to help the members. How the internal organization works is up to the church leaders. As soon as it is determined who the key people will be on the church's first level, to insure the active 5 each month, they will then sponsor the rest of the members. Each should be assigned specific members and they should be sponsored on that leaders first level. There is nothing like creating a vested interest for fosterung performance and competition among teams.

This is the plan for whatever the organization calls themselves. Church, lodge, Animal shelter, Girl Scouts, Museum, Soccer League; whatever. The titles change but the downline tree looks the same

Organization for a Small NPO using ZenZuu

If a group functions with a single leader, as many groups of 5-25 often do, the structure is a lot simpler. If the leader is willing to take on the additional task, simply have the group sponsor the leader and place all members on his/her first level. Note that at least one member in addition to the leader needs to be placed on the first level, to qualify for downline income to accrue to the organization.

If that is not possible, then recruit a volunteer to assist the leader, and place most members on the volunteer's first level

It is time to listen to a conference call. These calls are dual purpose. First is a complete explaination of the program, beyond the 14 minute video watched earlier in ZenZuu 102. and second is to provide a forum for unanswered questions and technical questions. The presentation lasts about 30 minutes and the Q & A lasts as long as necessary. Difficult technical questions of specific individual interest are often taken offline for individual help. These calls happen 6 times per day, 6 days per week, starting at 10 AM PST, and then are every 2 hours thereafter; 10-12-2-4-6-8, Mon-Sat. There are also 2 calls on Sun at 4 and 6 PST or West Coast Time.

A Spanish language version of this call is also available at 7:15 PST on Mon and Sat evenings. The number for this call is 646 519 5860 and the pin number is 3214#

Calls in other languages are conducted by individuals in individual countries. Contact me if you have any questions as to phone numbers and I will get the info for you.
