You're eating too much junk food - It is not so much the "junk food" that is the problem, but more the fact that people often don't balance their diet and therefore the body lack certain nutrients to keep it running. Dieting should not be a complicated process, and the sooner you are able to simplify it down to the basics e.g. Increase metabolism, decrease fat, lose weight - the sooner you will see result.
