This "Zinger" dream is what started me learning to interpret dreams. And changed my life after 30 some years of doing accounting work.
I was walking (direction/movement through life) on a path in front of the Parthenon (knowledge) in Greece (I have meaningful connections with the Greek people and their culture) with a friend named Dawn (real person in my life). That was the whole dream.
When I woke up my thought was, "Wow! That's important, really really important." I had no clue what it meant. I immediately wrote it down which I never did before (this is important to interpret dreams later.) What I did notice was how I felt (just knew (I'm clairvoyant) to write this down too). I was excited and joyful although confused.
My mentor, Caroline, helped me interpret this dream based on the principles of dream interpretation in which she was knowledgeable.
This simple walk with my friend showed me that I was just at the "dawn" of new knowledge (dreams and their meanings) and a new direction (teaching you how to interpret your dreams) in life.
After studying about dreams and a few other subjects related to this, in 1996, I was able to start teaching thus changing my avocation into my passionate vocation at least part time.
Now, I'm able to work in my avocation/vocation full time. That was all from 1 little "zinger" dream.

Here's another "Zinger" dream...
I dreamt that we were having a huge big (there were a lot of people in our family) family reunion. It was at my brother's (Ned) house. There were both living and deceased family members at the reunion. One of my favorite deceased uncles was there. He came to me and said, "Sis, we're just waiting on Ned now." Woke up.
Doesn't sound like much does it? Read on...
When I woke up in the morning, I knew in an instant what was going to take place at the end of the year and I acted on that knowledge.
Here's the background information that you don't know about this dream...
I always associated this uncle with Christmas. He was always at our house on Christmas day when I was little whether he got there 2 weeks before or on Christmas day.
My brother, Ned, had a long involved history of Hodgkins Disease when there was no treatment yet (mid 1960's) for Hodgkins. He participated with a research team and from that he had ongoing heart trouble. (His choice, at 17 years old, was to do nothing and the doctors gave him 6 months to live or participate in research and have a 1% chance to live to age 30. That's a BIG difficult choice when you are only 17 years old and in love with life.)
Ned and I were basically separated when I was 13 and he was 17 because of mother remarrying and I had to move from our hometown which I DID NOT want to do. Ned didn't have to move. I was very close to him but after that move I always felt like I didn't know him.
Sequence of events after this dream...
* March 1998 - "Zinger" dream
* July & August 1998 - I went and lived with Ned (and his wife and son) for 2 months
* October 1998 - Ned went into the hospital for a heart transplant.
* December 1998 - The week between Christmas (favorite deceased uncle and "We're just waiting on Ned now") and New Year (Ned's new beginning) his doctor put Ned on life support.
* January 20, 1999 - doctor took him off life support and 2 hours later he was gone.
* January 24, 1999 - Ned was buried on his 52nd birthday (22 years more than the 1% chance of living to age 30 and 35 years after he made his choice.) His new "birth" into the spiritual realms.
I am so glad and grateful I listened to and acted on this premonition "zinger" dream. Why?
I did get the chance to know my brother and I also knew (remember I'm clairvoyant) what was about to happen. We had many long talks and drives through the countryside. I finally knew my brother. Nobody in my hometown (including his wife and son) and family knew what motivated me to make that long visit.

Your question should be...but how did you know about your dream before these events happened?
1. If you have a dream about a deceased person you haven't thought about in a really long time and you trusted that person with your whole being, it just may be his or her essense coming to you to warn, inform, guide or assist you in some way. (If it is a living person, it is either their essence or etheric body coming to you.)
2. When you put your knowledge about a person or situation in your dream together with what is happening in your life at the present time, it will make sense to you and feel right.
3. Ask yourself if you are at a "cross-road" time in your life that you maybe didn't stop to think about. This can happen when your life seems to be in an upheaval all the time.
4. The "zinger" dream is not as emotional as a nightmare but very powerful. The person in the dream is compassionate (not emotional) and matter of fact.

With over 18 years of studying dreams, I now know what to look for.
When I had the Parthenon dream what stood out was the feeling the next morning of exhilaration and hope.
Something else to look out for is images that stay with you for days after the dream.
Hearing the same words over and over during the day for days after the dream. (Hint: Say the word(s) out loud. You may understand the meanings when spoken out loud.)
Even experiencing a taste or a smell for days after the dream can be telling you something very significant.
Recurring dreams are examples of "zingers" that you haven't paid attention to ... and must. This is your soul trying to get you on your right path.
When I had the Parthenon dream what stood out was the feeling the next morning of exhilaration and hope.
