Charlotte NC | Why It's the best place to live!
Well here's the thing yes I am a Realtor here in Charlotte and yes it would be my pleasure to help you buy or sell your home in Charlotte but before any of that I want to build a lens that will inform and inspire you about my hometown Charlotte, North Carolina.
Born in the Bronx - raised in Scarsdale, New York my family relocated to Charlotte during my senior year** of high school (Myers Park)... who would have thought that thirty years later I'd be in Charlotte raising my own family? Not only am I here but I can think of no place I'd rather be! Having personally bought and sold eight homes here, I have an invaluable perspective on what it means to be a "Charlottean".
Charlotte has it all and I intend to spend the rest of my life right here! There's a pretty good chance that you are not from Charlotte so my first job is to help you decide if Charlotte is the place for you and your family. We have so many choices - uptown condos, historic neighborhoods, golf course communities, thriving suburbs and, of course, two beautiful lakes..so let's get started.
** don't worry I went from an all boys parochial school to a public high school with you guessed it...girls!!

Real Estate with a Twist...
...or two!
So you might be thinking this Zip website is so good I'll never need a Realtor again! Well not so fast you still need a good Realtor and here's why...transactions have gotten increasingly complex & opportunistic, informed buyers and sellers make for a very competitive market - a good Realtor can help guide you through, a good Realtor is your best advocate, a good Realtor is the best money you'll never spend! Don't forget if you're a buyer all that good service is completely free to you.**
**Ahhh...even better if you're working with a Zip Agent then we're going one step better we share our BUY SIDE commission with you -- that's right no catch, you share 20% of the buy side commission. There is one restriction - you have to use that money for something you really enjoy; new curtains, a vacation, an iPhone (my choice) a flat screen TV whatever you like...or yes you can even use it toward closing costs ~ if you must! ClassifiedsNC says:
Residents of Union County are always on the lookout for specials, sales and discounts. And for the most part they know about them by reading the newspapers, surfing the internet, or getting a ?heads-up? referral from a friend. As a small business, you realize the value of consistent advertising, but you also know how expensive it can be. An ad in the Enquirer-journal is fine every now and again- but how do you begin a sustained, yet flexible, advertising campaign and not lose your shirt in the process?
