I wish I had two of these, one of them to use to make bread, etc. to give as gifts or to make other food items in addition to the bread and items I am already making. You can make homemade healthy bread, cake, main course dinners, your own preserves, etc. in this. We love this machine and I cannot say enough about it. I find plenty of recipes, and I alter them. I keep my own handwritten recipe book of recipes I make up. You can make healthy bread, no preservatives, even no butter, even no yeast, and you can even use other types of grain. Stop using store bought breads full of preservatives and little flavor. The more you use this, the more you will love it.
Love, love, love our new breadmaker. Simple, simple, simple to use... I have been working out of town for a month so my husband has made half loaves for himself and has even made bread for our neighbors who have adopted him since I have been gone... I have great neighbors don't you think?
