The daring "El Zorro" (i.e. the fox), has captured the imagination of young and old alike throughout history. He has been portrayed by numerous actors in movies, tv series, satires, plays, art, books, comic books, etc. You name the genre and Zorro is there somewhere.
For this lens, I found as many of the various depictions of this hero as I could, displayed from the most recent on.
The masked crusader was such a part of my growing up, I was to admit that out of all the ones showned here, Fairbanks is the only one I've not seen! ha, ha.

Full of adventure, plenty of action scenes, and almost cartoon like comedy to make it fun for the whole family. There is little profanity, a welcome detail in modern cinema, with beautiful cinematography.
A good old-fashion adventure movie.
The elder Don Diego de la Vega trains a new Zorro to carry on the legend and protect the people against the latest tyran.

This has got to be the most hilarious Zorro rendition I've ever seen.
When Diego de la Vega, portrayed here by George Hamilton, is injured, he calls on his twin brother to take his place while he recovers -only the brother has an unexpected style of his own...
This is great comedy entertainment with top one liners, and the best parody that could have possibly been done.
Hamilton's legendary fake tan only adds to the slapstick.
A must have for any Zorro collection.
