I was by this bug birthday party a while ago but it needed a few extra sprinkles on the top of the cake so I came to sprinkle a few sparkles down onto this lovely little party article. My grandson may need to enjoy a bug birthday in the future ;)

Great idea for a party theme - I wouldn't have thought to have a bug party. :) Our 5 year old daughter loves bugs tho - she's always collecting them in bug jars - she even caught a caterpillar in the garage early this spring, brought it inside in a little cage and it cocooned itself and turned into a moth - she was pretty excited. :)

We did a bug party for one of my sons' birthday. I made ladybug and bumblebee cupcakes and wrapped pipecleaners around suckers to make them into spiders. We put quilt batting up in the corners of the room to look like spider webs, and scattered fake flies everywhere. I got a yard of fun bug fabric to use for the tablecloth. It was a fun party.
