A family favourite banana cake, perfect for after school!

Banana cake with lemon cream cheese frosting is our favourite (however my daughter doesn't like the frosting so we have to bake 2 cakes one with frosting and one without) and we normally use a recipe from the Australian Women's Weekly Cakes and Slices Cookbook but recently we discovered a super easy and delicious cake on the net! My Mum & my 4 year old Daughter made it together in less than 15 minutes.

This is our new favourite, which is so easy to make...**Best Ever Banana Cake** We have recently discovered a great variation and that is to add 1/3 cup of chopped pecan nuts to the mix. Oh so delicious!!

The recipe for the Lemon Frosting;
125 grams Cream Cheese
3 tablespoons of Icing Sugar mixture
2 teaspoons Lemon juice

Beat together until smooth - then smother your banana cake with the frosting! As my daughter would say... "yummo"!
