Scooby-Dooby-Doo!
I loved the Scooby Doo cartoons as a kid and can remember being glued to the television while the gang tried to solve the latest mystery! Each week this group of sleuthy teens-Freddie, Daphne, Velma & Shaggy- with their sidekick dog, Scooby Doo, would embark on a mission in the groovy "Mystery Machine" van to discover whatever monster, ghost, goblin or other supernatural being was creating a ruckus and terrorizing the community. Through a series of events including looking for clues and always getting chased by the monster, ghost or other goblin, the kids would discover they key to solving the mystery. Of course during the adventures, Shaggy & Scooby were also always on the hunt for snacks in addition to clues! Most of the time it was merely a diabolical scheme concocted by some crazy criminal who was trying to cover up his crimes through the guise of a haunting or monster sighting. At the end of the show when the bad guy behind it all was discovered, unmasked and being hauled off to jail, he would shake his fists and shout out something like "...And I would have gotten away with it all too if it wasn't for you meddling kids!"
With the Mystery, Inc. gang's weekly encounters with the supernatural, I thought a Scooby Doo Halloween would be a fun lens to make for this devilish holiday!

Since the Mystery, Inc. gang often ended up tracking down clues, being chased by ghosts, monsters and goblins while solving mysteries in a haunted house, why not make you Halloween party a Scooby Doo Haunted House theme party! You can decorate with spooky decorations like fake cobwebs, plastic bats and spiders, skulls and more! Below are some videos to give you ideas and inspiration on decorating!

A fun idea for a Scooby Doo Halloween themed party would be to have five people dress up as the main members of the Mystery, Inc. gang-Freddie, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby and have the rest of the guests dress up at the ghosts, ghouls, monsters, phantoms and goblins that the teen detectives were always encountering when solving their mysteries.
