My Personal Experience With Rocket Spanish Helped Me To Learn Spanish Easily
I never would have thought in my wildest dreams that my personal experience with Rocket Spanish would help me to learn Spanish so easily. Not too long ago, I was your typical American gringo, longing for exotic adventure, and once upon a time I sat in school struggling through endless book based language drills, longing to speak a foreign language with ease.
Try, and try and try again I did, though until my experience with Rocket Spanish, no format nor type of language learning product had led me to believe I would ever reach my goal of fluency.
In fact, if not for my wonderful experience with Rocket Spanish, I may have continued to be bitter and given up my quest to master a Romance language, because I hate feeling lost and frustrated in the way I did with other language learning methods.
Due to new career goals though, I had no choice other than to face Spanish and conquer it, and after trying several commercially recommended products, Rocket Spanish fell into my lap slowly but surely gave this bitter but passionate language learner the confidence that was needed to succeed. My experience with Rocket Spanish has given me the tools I need speak Spanish comfortably, and also has given me the tools to build on my knowledge and continue to learn Spanish easily.

I'll be honest and remind you again that by the time I had my experience with Rocket Spanish, It seemed as though I had been through every resource that google could throw at me, all purporting that I could "Learn Spanish Easily!"
Quite frankly, I was jaded by then, and It wasn't looking good for this dubiously inexpensive product. However, my experience with Rocket Spanish proved to be very different than my jaded first impression predicted.
Truthfully, I was in awe of the fact that it was easy to use, and provided me with a lot of material. I was able to start fresh, and at the same time I felt like I could build a solid foundation for advanced study. To be completely honest, I would be willing to bet that regardless of language level, anyone would have a positive experience with Rocket Spanish.
Here's why:
The workbooks, the interactive audio, the games, and the forum included with this product are not a gimmick. All of the resources above made it FUN to learn Spanish again, and more than that I succeeded in feeling comfortable enough to go out into the world and practice more. Again, that means, if you're a new learner you will learn Spanish easily, and if you happen to have experience under your belt, you will learn to easily improve your Spanish skills.
That confidence that came from my experience with Rocket Spanish, and the ability to learn Spanish so easily, is something I lacked previously, and something other resources failed to give me.
It just goes to show that sometimes, more expensive does not always mean higher quality.

Choose Wisely, The Proper Tools Make All The Difference.
Like I said just a moment ago, before my experience with Rocket Spanish, I will admit that I fell in love several of its competitors for one reason or another.
How can a person not fall in love with something that has proliferated the language learning market and has major governmental organizations as clients, reasonable reviews and a high powered media campaign?
But I will say, just as quickly as I fell in love with those others, I would receive a demo cd, or subscribed online and then be sorely disappointed in the fact that they did not deliver on their promise to help me learn Spanish easily.
Here is why:
How can a person not fall in love with something that has proliferated the language learning market and has major governmental organizations as clients, reasonable reviews and a high powered media campaign?
But I will say, just as quickly as I fell in love with those others, I would receive a demo cd, or subscribed online and then be sorely disappointed in the fact that they did not deliver on their promise to help me learn Spanish easily.
Here is why:
- Regardless of the format you use, (online or CD) often times the competitors are EXPENSIVE for no good reason other than branding, OR they try to pack too much into one program, promise the sky, and fail to deliver.
I now know from experience, that Rocket Spanish is less expensive, for more content and it is a one time fee. You can also download the content right away onto your computer, and thus you have a great deal more flexibility.
- Sometimes, even if a product could deliver on a promise, it may not be right for you.
I am a visual learner, and while there were some things I liked about many programs, I didn't get much out of most of them. Sure, maybe I found the program interface to be engaging, but maybe then something would be finicky and frustrating more often than not.
This was not the case with Rocket Spanish, it was very intuitive, and there was always something for me to be doing. This product helped me, and still continues to help me learn Spanish so easily it is the only one that has not ended up in my dust gathering program collection.
- Some of these competing programs operate on the concept that anyone can learn a language if they are taught as they learned their native language from infancy.
This is a good concept, but not the best way to build a foundation for advanced language learning in a short period of time, especially if the directions are unclear, and the program is inflexible. Learning does not occur through osmosis in adulthood, and a more defined, yet flexible path is needed.The multi-faceted approach that Rocket Spanish takes, along with the ability to focus on different areas is more in line with how the majority of people learn.
