Lenses to Buy, Sell, or Trade
Squidoo is a unique venue on which you can create and enhance writing skills, HTML, social networking skills and much more. Although there are nearly 3/4 of a million lenses, only a handful of lensmasters have learned, or are learning the secrets to Squidoo success.
I have invested a good deal of time with Squidoo, and have gained some valuable skills, a great job, and new friends along the way! I love squidoo so much, I convinced my employers to have me write Squidoo lenses for them. (Those lenses are under a different screen name) I was already doing freelance work for them, and the response to the lenses has been great! I will list some of the lenses I have created later in the lens.
I have also branched out into accepting a limited number of Lens creation jobs. What I can and will do for you is also outlined below.

If you have never had an online store before, it may be best to go with a site that offers both hosting and website layouts to make it easy. Go-Daddy has very reasonable prices and they also have some web design packages that are easy to use. This option is ideal for anyone who is "testing the waters" and has little or no online presence right now.
When you are shopping for website host, you will want to look at whether they offer just the site or a program to help you design your page. You will also want to see what they recommend for a shopping cart solution. If you are accepting paypal, the process is very easy. Most web-hosts have user friendly, Pay-pal accepted buttons or options for you to choose. If you are looking for a full shopping cart, (one that accepts credit cards and puts the money from the transaction into your own account) then you will need to apply for a merchant account.
Starting off Slowly with Natural Weight Loss:
Many people put off losing weight because they feel it should be some sort of weight loss marathon. You didn't put on the weight overnight and you are not going to lose it that way either. Losing weight should lead to a healthier overall lifestyle and for some that means starting off slowly. As long as the goal is to lose weight naturally and get or stay healthy, you can start at whatever pace you like.
To lose weight the right way, it will take a change in diet as well as an increase in exercise for most people. Natural weight loss is the only truly safe way of getting rid of extra weight. Unless there is an urgent medical need to drop weight quickly, you can choose to start off with smaller changes that make the process easier, albeit longer.
Diet Changes: Going from what you consider a normal diet to one with fewer calories is the ultimate goal. For many people, going on a sudden low calorie diet just does not work. While it is true that you have to reduce calories, this doesn't have to be excruciatingly unbearable. Luckily, there have been many changes to the quality and taste of low fat and/or low sugar foods. Instead of having that dish of ice cream, try a low fat/sugar version instead of what you buy now. You may be surprised at how good it tastes. You should also start using a smaller plate for your meals.

- Wishing you all the best in this endeavor - you build good lenses and there's a market out there for your efforts. I'll keep you in mind next time somebody asks me about it - I don't want to build for others, so it's good that I have somebody to refer folks to.
