What the heck is going on? why 6?.Well let me tell you this you need education,you need to learn the do 's and don't s of this business right ? otherwise you'll be lost,you need to learn how to speak like a pro and convince your prospect client. You need also to know some sales pitch good and profitable enough (like those you use to ask someone for a date) got my point. Groups and the team why would I need a group I can work alone! No! no man is an island, beside the fact that you wont be working alone,you need lawyers(for some legal stuff you have to deal with.you also be needing a broker(for those stuff that may need some negotiation) .Remember this campaign is not fought alone and you are not alone you have a team meet with them ,poke with them keep them updated help each other and for sure success and profit will come shortly not to mention you're part of a circle called "real estate investor" might as well be familiar with those folks in the same business,yeah eventually you will get two things one would be connection the other one would be knowledge.just for a tip take part of those free or less cost web seminars it pays and the amount of knowledge that you will get it priceless!,Remember knowledge is power in this industry, keep in mind as well that your sales talk can be for your rise or fall,for revenue or for bankruptcy so let's learn the tools of our trade. Now plan,plan,plan, like the saying goes scheme scheme plot plot because we are aiming for that number one spot .Make a master plan but have a back up,always have a contingency plan,because you just can't predict the weather of this business be realistic as well expect the worst yet plan for the best. Marketing, learn and learn how to sell explore ! go out of you're comfort zone if possible go state by state or even go online to sell you're product,do email marketing,do chat marketing,market your product in a way that you will be heard by a lot of people.
Now the single most important thing to do ACT! action speaks louder than words. We all know that,the salesman from Wall Mart knows this and you to must and should know that,What's the sense with all the planning and fumbling when you don't make a move. This is the time to walk the talk. So let's boil down what we should do learn,group,plan,market and act. This are very basic but this will be you're weapon to succeed in this business .
