Super Bowl 2012

Tom Brady is a great quarterback. Look where he is today and about to be. One of the quaterbacks in Super Bowl 2012.

Unfortunately he does not have a lot of support in his going to the Super Bowl New England Patriots team. The defense is second to last in the NFL, and do they even have a running game? The success of the Patriots so far seems to be based on the strength of Brady's arm.

But that arm has made tight end Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez super stars this year. And what about Wes Welker? He is consistently top of the league in catches. Can't do that without a great arm. But is it going to be enough?

I don't know. Some really outstanding quaraterbacks have been in the Super Bowl and never come away with a win. Look at Dan Marino for example. But when you consider how far Tom Brady has brought the New England Patriots with really just his arm...It just might be their year.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Eli Manning comes from a family of Quarterbacks. His Father Archie, and his Brother Peyton each have their own stories. But Eli now has a great story. He is going to be leading the New York Giants into Super Bowl 2012. And I'm sure he means to win it!

Eli Manning has an impressive 103 games started for the Giants regular season games. Second only to Peyton Manning, his brother, that started 208 regular season games in a row. Manning has other records to his credit. He is the first Giants QB to throw more than 3,000 yards in 6 consecutive seasons. He is the first to have two 4000 yard seasons, and not to mention, he is one of only three quarterbacks with at least 20 touchdown passes in each of the last six games. The other two being Drew Brees and Peyton Manning.

Needless to say he has some great credentials and a love of the game and a spark of excitement with the whole team. It is going to be a great battle. Super Bowl 2012 is going down in the record books, I'm sure.

The Half time program is known for it's incredible entertainment. Even if you don't like football, millions of people watch the halftime program for its pure entertainment value. It is reported that more than 162 million people watched the Super Bowl 2011 half time show. Pretty Popular I'd say.

This year will be no exception, the Bridgestone people are bringing us the cream of the crop with Madonna. This Material Girl is known world wide. She is a singer, songwriter, dancer, producer, director and on and on. She has had three decades of entertainment history and she has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
