Step 1
Eat lean meat protein. Some bodybuilding advocates suggest a variety of proteins sources to increase muscle without gaining fat. White-meat chicken, fish and lean cuts of beef are the main sources of meat protein. These are natural protein able to help you grow muscle without any implication.
Step 2
You will need a gym membership or access to a lot of weights. Free weights are a priority, and machines are also great if you have access to them as well. Firstly we will concentrate on building a routine based on your schedule. It's best to workout about 4 days a week with 3 days of rest. The average person should be able to squeeze this in. During your workout days you should get about on 1 to 2 hour of weight training.Avoid doing cardio exercise before carrying any weight. Try to focus on building up muscle only on the,eg. shoulder for that session of gym. Next session focus on building up on the other part of the body.
Step 3
After each session of gym regime, try to have good and at least of 7 hours of sleep. During sleeping,it is the best way and condition where the muscle will grow faster as your whole body is resting when you are sleeping.
