A Replacement Prius Battery can Run You into the Poor House!

Did you know that a replacement Prius battery can run you as much as $4,000? That's no joke either. They are extremely expensive! After all, the Prius battery is essentially what gives your Prius the power making it one of the most expensive replacement parts in your Prius. Up until just recently, Prius owners had no choice to either junk their car OR buy a new battery. I don't know about you but if I have a 2003 Prius, I don't think that I'm willing to spend that kind of money on a replacement Prius battery !

I'd be better off just junking it!

Surely there has to be a better way...

Top Three Signs Indicating You'll Need a Replacement Prius Battery!

Easy to Diagnose Symptoms

Prius Battery PackThese are three of the tall-tale signs that you are going to be needing a replacement Prius battery -

Loss of acceleration

Does your car feel like there is very little power when accelerating? This is a very common sign that your battery is headed for the tank. Remember, gasoline only *supplements* the power in the Prius. The battery is what gives it the power.

Poor Fuel Economy

You had purchased the Prius vehicle in order to SAVE of fuel, not to spend more on it! If your car is starting to lose its edge on fuel economy, it's time to start looking into a replacement Prius battery. Because of the lack of electricity going to the car, the Prius starts to use more gasoline. Hence the decrease in fuel efficiency.

Battery Won't Hold a Charge

This is the easiest way to determine if a replacement Prius battery is needed. As with any other battery, you can only charge it so many different times before it will no longer hold its charge. The problem for Prius owners is that it isn't as easy as just jumping the car. You will need to get a replacement Prius battery.

Why You Will NEVER Hear This From Toyota...

protecting what is theirs!

When you go to Toyota for a replacement Prius battery, you WILL NEVER hear them say that the battery can be rebuilt. And why do you think that is?

It's pretty simple actually - they will not tell you because they want you drop that small fortune on a brand new battery! Think about it...they have the market cornered. Your Prius battery is in the tank and you are being told that THE ONLY WAY TO FIX IT IS TO REPLACE THE BATTERY!! What business sense does it make for Toyota to tell you of a way that you can fix your car on your own for a fraction of the cost??

Now if you don't believe me, I would challenge you to contact your local Toyota dealer and at least ask them for a price quote. Once they give you the quote, ask them if you have any other options. Really - try it!

Once you talk to Toyota, come back here and let me show you what I can do for you!!
