What sound does everyone make when they are relaxed, happy, and content?

What comes to mind if you just release the sound ahhhh?

What if instead of just using this sound when we are in a state of bliss, we used it to actually create the state of bliss?

Is this possible? Hmmm.....

Sounds have an impact on us in many ways.

Just think about the many sounds that you hear throughout the day and how they leave you feeling.

The sound of a dog barking continually, hammering, honking horns, motors running, equipment roaring, endless chatter, phones ringing, kids screaming, fingernails on a chalkboard...........are you feeling tensed up yet?

Now think of birds chirping, a calm breeze, the ocean surf or a gentle rain...are you calming down?

See the sounds were not even real and they had an effect on you, they actually affect our senses, just imagine what the real sounds do to us.

Sound is vibration and travels in waves at different frequencies. We are vibrating molecules and the vibration of sound might resonate harmoniously with us or it may be disturbing to our own vibrations.

So the simple sound of nails on a blackboard does quite a lot. Sound is power!

Aaah is the sound of joy, aaah expresses the feeling of bliss. Think about how often babies make this sound.

It is the only sound that humans make effortlessly by simply taking a breath then without moving the lips, tongue, jaw, or teeth, let the sound of aaah flow out. If you move any of these the sound changes. It is truly a primal effortless sound, think Tarzan, lol, okay apes then.

As you think about the power of sound, is it just a coincidence that the word "God" and the names for the original creator in virtually all cultures throughout recorded history of mankind has the same aaah sound?

I believe aaah is one of the most powerful sounds that there is. You could magically transform your thoughts and feelings with this sound. I use it on a daily basis, beginning in the morning sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee and a deep breathe. Starts my day calmly, happily and perfectly.

I also use it anytime I need to transform my day, relieve stress, worry, anger,or if I just need a bit of extra energy. This magical word has helped me to become a much calmer person.
