Ab Rocket Abdominal Fitness Machine
I recently learned about this interesting new product called the Ab Rocket. The infomercial claims that it can "Rocket your Abs from Flab to Fab". I assume that this product is just like most of the other ab exercise equipment out there - It works if you use it a lot. Just like all exercise and workout routines. I'm thinking about trying the Ab Rocket out and seeing if it does what it claims to. I'll try to update this lens often to let you know what I think of the Ab Rocket. I hope you enjoy this lens.
