This is a great workout to get in the shape that you want. It is not only a good lower ab workout, but it is a killer ab workout. It is definitely considered one of the best ab workouts for home.To perform this exercise, you'll need:
- A Stability ball
- A Exercise mat
- Workout clothes
The steps to perform this exercise are:
1. Kneel on your exercise mat and then place the stability ball in front of you. Then rest your forearms on top of the ball.
2. Inhale as you begin. When you exhale, you contract your abdominal muscles and roll the ball forward. Let your arms extend as you roll the ball forward, and let your feet come off the floor.
3. Roll the ball as far out as possible without rounding your back or hunching your shoulders back.
4. Perform this exercise for 8 to 12 repetitions in the movement explained in the steps above.
