It doesn't matter how pretty your home is - if the space doesn't make sense for traffic flow and functional use, you will not enjoy living in it.

We get excited to custom design a home for our clients' needs and wishes, and are happy to meet with you until we get it just right.

DKT Homes spends over-the-top amounts of time on layout before we ever give the go-ahead to begin building a home. Making changes on paper is exponentially less costly than making changes once the home is being built, not to mention much less headache. We pore over every room, hallway, closet, door and window asking ourselves and our customer "Does this make sense? How can we improve it?"

After we have achieved a fantastic layout, we then let our house designer, Andy and his team at Su Casa, go to work on the front, side and back elevations (what the house will look like).

We won't submit house plans for permit until all parties are excited that the layout and the look of the home will be fantastic!

DKT Homes has assembled a team of trades and suppliers who we feel are second to none. We feel very fortunate to work with people who have such an eye for detail that there are very few touch-ups, call backs or deficiencies once we hand a home over to our customer. Our subtrades and suppliers are family-oriented men and women who create an enjoyable, clean worksite while our homes are under construction.
