Abby Cadabby Game Ideas
Hide and Seek Letters
Abby is fascinated by the alphabet. Before the party, hide alphabet blocks or magnet letters around the party area, then send the children on a treasure hunt to find them. (Remember to keep the age of your guests in mind when you choose hiding places!) After everyone has gotten a letter, hand out prizes by based on letters. Even better if you can tie the prize to the letter somehow, so the letter "S" gets a sticker, etc.
Abby and Friends Parade
Give the guests a toddler musical instrument. Play Sesame Street music and have a parade.
Follow Abby Around Sesame Street
Help the children form a line behind an adult leader. The leader will instruct the children to do as he or she is doing while they walk. The leader may hop, skip, sing, dance, clap, or add in other movements while leading the children around the party area.
Abby Says
Follow the traditional rules of "Simon Says" or adapt to a game of "Monkey See, Monkey Do" for younger children. Keep the actions simple, like pat your head, touch your nose, hop up and down.

- Crossing our fingers for you, Alicia! I've looked everywhere and have trouble just finding coloring pages or books at all and none of Abby. They've been pretty slow coming out with stuff for her, unfortunately. I hope it's a great party!!

- My daughter Abby's first birthday is at the end of this month and I wanted an Abby Cadabby theme but it is so hard to find any Abby related stuff in Australia. I also desperately want a colouring page to add to the party favours but I can't find one on the net. Wish me luck. :-)
