Did you know?

Planned Parenthood's main purpose is to make money doing abortions? Tell us how you feel about that.

Yes.

Amkatee says:

All I can say is that they lie telling women it is just tissue that they can get rid of. First of all, I had a D&C after losing a baby at 19 weeks gestation. We are still in grief. He was not tissue. He had every finger, every toe. Also with the D&C, I lost 50% of my blood. This could have been much much worse if I had not been in a great hospital who took wonderful care of me. I doubt abortion clinics take as good a care of their customers, nor would they be able to handle emergencies such as blood loss to that extent. I'm sure these women have no idea what they are getting themselves into.

AslanBooks says:

Absolutely. They are 'Non-Profit in Name Only'...NPINO (the P is silent...just like in real life).

JoanneOtt says:

Yes, of course it's all about the money. If they really were "pro choice" they would not so strongly oppose every pro life measure like parental consent, etc. It's crazy that a minor girl needs consent to get her ears pierced in some places but not to abort her baby!

WhitU4ever says:

Yes. That is why their counselors don't promote adoption as a better option for both the mother and the child. And that is why PP does not encourage abstinence as the most effective form of birth control. That is also why PP puts out commercials like the one below, claiming that condoms provide sexy safety. I think that it's not only deceptive and greedy, but a moral failure.

blue22d says:

Yes, I was aware and also aware that they get tax payers monies via the government. This is wrong. Only if a mother's life is in danger should tax money pay for such an abortion. I personally do not support abortions otherwise.

No.

Commercial: Safe is Sexy

The Planned Parenthood commercial below suggests that free and wild sex using condoms is safe, prevents pregnancy, and is "sexy." Notice that the target audience is young people, which is generally the only audience interested in watching MTV.

Crisis Pregnancy Centers state, "What we are not told is that condoms have the highest pregnancy rate among the most common methods of birth control. But they do. Typical use results in 15 out of 100 users getting pregnant each year. And teens have a higher failure rate than adults.

"About three out of every 20 couples using condoms to avoid pregnancy end up pregnant anyway within the first year of use."

Wonderful lens! I didn't know you had such a catalog of lenses about the people involved in this important issue.

I heard that young woman on Huckabee. It's hard to hear these stories about abortions but they need to be told.

Excellent lens; thanks for doing this one. I also enjoy the many lens you have reference on abortion and will lens roll so that I can look at many later. As a side note, you probably are familiar about the ultrasounds that Focus on the Family's group are helping to put into clinics around the country. I believe they are helping mom's and future mom's so that the truth about the life they carry within them is strongly emphasized.

Are the Unborn Human?

Who Am I?

I am biased... on purpose. I discriminate, but not between races, sexes, social classes, etc. I discriminate between right and wrong; holy and perverted; good and evil; just and unjust. Turning a blind eye to the differences between these things (in the name of equality) never fails to place one on the backward side of every issue.
