How to make an Abby Sciuto costume

My family loves to watch NCIS. My daughter has decided to dress up as Abby Sciuto this year for Halloween. Abby plays the goth forensic scientist on NCIS and has many different outfits that she normally wears.

We came up with the following Abby Sciuto costume ideas: a white NCIS lab coat, black hair, pig tails, platform boots, shoes with knee high socks, a spiked dog collar for a necklace, a caf pow cup and some red lipstick.

And of course you must talk like Abby, so study up on your NCIS Gibbs Rules.
