- I have used the Ab Circle Pro for a few weeks. My friend got it and it does give a killer workout. It's quite challenging and can be a great cardio workout if done correctly. Just make sure that you keep your torso straight and move only your hips.

- I've had mine for a week now and I'm already losing weight around the waistline. It gives my arms a workout too! It hurt my knees initially, but now it doesn't bother me anymore. I love it and will be using it everyday!!!

- I HAVE THE AB CIRCLE PRO AND I LOVE IT, WHEN USED DAILY FOR 5-10 MINUTES IT REALLY TRIMS THE WAIST LINE .. STICK TO IT, AND U REALLY DONT HAVE TO WATCH WHAT YOU EAT ...

- I've tried this and having been a certified professional trainer, I can vouch that it works. For those looking to get tighter abs, that are defined. Give it a try. If you're a golfer, check out this golf stretch to loosen up your lower back and improve your game.
