In almost every case, getting your channels via satellite is a good deal cheaper than getting them via cable here on the harbor. And the bundles from the cable company aren't bargains...as satellite tv + phone and internet from QWest is always cheaper.

Don't want to watch over the net, but want tv dirt cheap?
By doing so, I typically am able to watch an entire season of a show I like and end up within a couple of dollars of breaking even ( sometimes even making a little bit ).
