A Billion Scams

Ranked #2,773 in Squidoo Community, #231,916 overall

A billion dollar scam.

I laugh at the list of email scams of Lottery Win's and have started to read and actually send back some marketing advertising of my own.

As there is a collection of a million faces going on , I thought I could add to it by a billion scam emails.

Sometimes during a day I say to my partner hey darl how much have we made today? Oh love you know 12,000.000 well and counting.

Some are fascinating reading. Others are just down right........hmm

Feel free to post your as well.

Be Alert for Telltale Signs of Online Investment Fraud

* Be wary of promises of quick profits, offers to share "inside" information, and pressure to invest before you have an opportunity to investigate.

* Be careful of promoters who use "aliases." Pseudonyms are common on-line, and some salespeople will to try to hide their true identity. Look for other promotions by the same person.

* Words like "guarantee," "high return," "limited offer," or "as safe as a C.D." may be a red flag. No financial investment is "risk free" and a high rate of return means greater risk.

* Watch out for offshore scams and investment opportunities in other countries. When you send your money abroad, and something goes wrong, it's more difficult to find out what happened and to locate your money.

* If a company is not registered or has not filed a "Form D" with the SEC, visit the website of the North American Securities Administrators Association to find your state securities regulator.

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

It's not a very enjoyable morning when you wake to find your bank account hacked and $100+ missing from your account. I experienced this one this morning and would like to share the link to the apple info site. If you have this problem contact your bank immediately to put a stop on your card.

I didn't realize how long this problem has been going on with out it being fixed. I've always love Apple, but with all the Billions they make they can pay to have this problem fixed.

The following link includes other people who have experienced the same problem https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3535420?start=15&tstart=0

When working you are trying to determine whether something is a scam take the email address you receive and put them into google. You will more then likely come up with a warning based on that email address. The other way to find out is to add a search starting with scam and the person's name or email address.

These searches often will give you results. A quick way to let others know is to twitter the details as this will also help let others know.

like you to help me wire the sum of $550 AUD to my agent via western union so he can be able to come for the pick up and also PayPal said they won't release the funds until they get the western union information from you due to the fact that i emailed them about the excess payment i made.i will need you to send the $550 AUD to my pick up agent
Headquarters where they normally confirm any commission payment to via western union money transfer(this can be done from the western union location, as they usually have a western union agent there) , i added extra $50 AUD to cover the western union charges which shouldn't be more that $25-50 AUD but just to be sure i added $50 AUD, Here is my pick up agent Headquarter info needed to get the money sent through western union money transfer:

Money should be sent to the address below:

Sites to Search for Internet Scams and Frauds,

This is one I need to make a comment on: For the past couple of days I've been promoting two sites, which as it turns out are run by some of the biggest scam artists.

Most of us would have heard or seen an email address which is linked to these guys.

I'm like you hopeful???

Particularly that an opportunity on the internet may give me an income if I work at it.

The problem is that looking for how to gain an income on the internet leads you to some of the most manipulative groups in the world. Using and paying off some bigger players to keep them silent, while the client is left in the dark.

The players I speak about are these lottery and various money scam players. They are now moving into making themselves seem legitimate to the online marketing network.

The truth is they are snakes in the grass and wanted individuals who are now producing some of the most eye catching web sites to entice even the most skeptical.

Watch out I have more to say on this in a couple of days stay tuned.

Many times when you are not sure if an email or a web-site is a Scam or a Fraud, you can just google it by copy and pasting part of the content in the search bar. You will generally find many similar letters listed.

Bellow are some web-sites where you can also search for listings.

Thanks for all your emails

Dear Friends

As we move closer to the end of another year I wanted to thank you for all the e-mails you have forwarded to me over the past year.

I no longer have any savings because I gave it all to a sick girl who is about to die in the hospital for the 1,387,258th time. But that will change once I receive the $15,000 that Bill Gates and Microsoft are sending me for participating in their special email programs. Or from the senior bank clerk in Nigeria who wants to split seven million dollars with me for pretending to be a long lost relative of a customer who died intestate.

And I need no longer worry about my soul because I have 363,214 angels looking out for me.

I have learned that my prayers only get answered if I forward emails to seven friends and make a wish within five minutes.

I no longer drink Coca-Cola because it can remove toilet stains.

I no longer can buy petrol without taking a friend along to watch the car so a serial killer won't crawl in my back seat when I'm filling up.

I no longer go to shopping centres because someone will drug me with a food sample and rob me.

I no longer answer the phone because someone will ask me to dial a number and then I'll get a
phone bill with calls to Jamaica , Uganda , Singapore and Uzbekistan .

I can't use anyone's toilet but mine because a big brown African spider is lurking under the seat to cause me instant death when it bites my bum.

I can't even pick up the five bucks I found dropped in the car park because it was probably put there by a crazed axe murderer waiting under my car to grab my leg.

If you don't send this email to at least 144,000 people in the next 10 minutes, a large pelican with an acute case of diarrhoea will sit on your head and fleas from 12 camels will infest your back, causing you to grow a most unsightly hairy hump.

I know this because it actually happened to a friend of my next door neighbour's ex-mother-in-law's second husband's cousin's plumber - and it was on Good Morning Australia.

By the way.... did you know that a South American scientist has, after a lengthy study, discovered that people with low IQs who don't have enough sex, always read their emails while holding the mouse.

Don't bother taking it off now, it's too late.

Regards,

Your friend

Doing Well ????

I am Barrister Lim chong
A legal practitioner with Limchong Chambers
Law Firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Attention: Megan Webber

I saw your contact and profile i then decided you could cooperate with me in this proposition. I have a client who was deceased in November, 2001, as result of Tsunami Disaster in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I am contacting you because you have the same surname with my deceased client and i felt that you could help me in the distribution of funding that were left in my deceased client's bank account. This funding is closing to be declared UN-serviceable by the bank as there were no indicated next of kin or next of beneficiary of the funding in the bank account.

The total amount of cash in the bank account of my deceased client is US$8.7 Million ( Eight Million, Seven Hundred Thousand usa dollars ) only. The bank had issued to me a notification letter to contact the next of kin of my deceased client for either to re-activate the bank account or to make claim of beneficiary of the funding in the bank account to avoid the indefinite closure of the bank account.

My proposition to you is to seek your consent, and to present your kind self as the next-of-kin and beneficiary of my deceased client, Hence you have the same last name with him. This means that the proceeds of his bank account would be paid to you as his next of kin or the legitimate beneficiary.

So that When the proceeds in this bank account are paid to you, we would share the proceeds on a mutually agreed term upon percentage 50% for me and 40% to your kind self and remaining 10% for sundry expense in cure during the procession.

All the legal documents to back up your claim as my client's next-of-kin would be provided by me. The most important thing I would need is your honest cooperation in this proposition. This would be done under a legitimate arrangement that would protect you from any breach of the law.

If this business proposition offends your moral and ethic values, do accept my sincere apology. Please contact me at me immediately

Best regards,

Barrister Lim Chong ( ESQ )

What a tragedy it is in the internet era that there are little restrictions allowing some very dubious practices to run rampant picking up on people's trust and vulnerabilities.

I entered the internet marketing course just over 9 months ago. What I've found is that the amount of sharks is just incredible. I myself have been hopeful that there are honest people working for the benefit of all.

The problem is that there are internet fraudsters who are playing on this idea.

If you would like to investigate any program that you have doubts about please follow the next link as it could be the most important step you take to take control of what you invest in with all eyes open.

Get use to it.

Christmas is approaching and this is traditionally the time when a great many HYIP Ponzis and AutoSurfs close.

They just can't afford to payout to members who need money at Christmas and and expect to cashout.

December and January mean black times and disappointment for new "players".

Old hands have been sitting back for a month or two until the season passes.

The Megalido website will be off the grandiose map of the internet before the holiday season. The new hilarious ' update ' is more than enough evidence to predict that these ponzi shills will be eating the crud following their Thanksgiving turkey.
