Scarlett I. Johansson is an American actress who was born in New York on November 22, 1984. She is the youngest of four siblings.

Scarlett became an acting prodigy after showing an interest in performing since the early age of 3. Her breakout performance came in 1988 for her starring role in The Horse Whisperer. Since then she has appeared in films including Ghost World, Lost in Translation, and most recently Iron Man 2. Following the success of her role as Black Widow in Iron Man, she will also be appearing as Black Widow in the highly anticipated comic book spinoff The Avengers.
