Clive Barker is an author, illustrator, painter and film director who frequently works in the  fantasy-horror genre.  He started in the realm of short stories and expanded to novels and film directing. Although known primarily for his horror works, Barker has successfully explored blends and off-shoots and has even written for both the adult and young adult markets. Originally from England, Mr. Barker now makes his home in Los Angeles.
