- Very interesting lens. We don't have rabies here in England, despite our proximity to mainland Europe, but we do have strict quarantine rules to keep it out.

- What a great lens and well researched information. We don't have this disease in Australia so we tend to forget it exists. *-*Blessed*-* and featured on Angel Blessings for Dogs on Squidoo - Dog Health.

- When I was younger our main fear of rabies was from bats. We lived in the country so there was always a lot of exposure to these creatures. Now I have not seen a bat for so long and I think that it is rather sad considering the amount of mosquitoes they consume.

- What terrible disease for any animal to have to suffer, or humans for that matter.

- You surely do pass on a lot of helpful information. And you also have beautiful graphics. I've read a few of your lenses and they are really good. I have all of my pets vaccinated every year for rabies and it's not typically a problem where I live. Once in a while we hear on the news that there is a fox suspected to have rabies somewhere in the area. Thank goodness it's very rare here.

- An interesting review of Rabies. It sure would be scary to be bitten by a rabid animal, as I understand the treatment for rabies is quite painful.
