Who is Santa Claus?

Santa Claus is one of the most magical people (I guess they call him an elf but he doesn't look like one, does he?) on Earth. He lives in the North Pole and on Christmas Eve, he delivers toys to children all over the world. His transportation of choice is a sleigh driven by reindeer that is faster than any plane on earth. He is married to Mrs. Claus, and his employees are elves who make toys--like Hank the elf. I can imagine now the elves may also have computers and be ordering iPods, Wiis, and other things that elves may not actually make.

How does Santa do all of this? The story that was passed down to me is that Santa is magic!

Ways that Santa Claus is Magic

These are just some of the ways that Santa is magic--I'm sure you can think of more. Santa can do things that normal people just can't do.

Santa's red and white suit never turns black from all the chimneys

Santa goes down a lot of chimneys so how does his red and white suit never turn black from all the soot? It's either magic or nanotechnology.0 points

Santa can fit down chimneys

It's no secret that Santa isn't skinny, but I can imagine that even a skinny person would not have an easy time going down a chimney--but Santa fits down the chimney and he makes it to the bottom unscathed.0 points

Santa can stay alive for so long

How is it that Santa was a jolly old fat man when our parents and grandparents were children and even before that... and today he's still around and doesn't seem to age.0 points

Santa's reindeer can fly--FAST!

Santa's reindeer can fly so fast they take him all over the world in one night. Santa could never do this if he was on a plane. Santa's reindeer are magic.0 points

Santa can visit homes all over the world in one night

Santa himself must be very quick--quicker than the fastest ninja to be able to get in and out of homes and leave the correct presents for each child all in ONE night.0 points

Santa's Reindeer Rudolph's nose glows bright red

Rudolph's nose glows red so bright, it's Santa's headlight. The other reindeer don't have glowy noses. It's part of the magic.0 points

Santa can eat a lot of cookies and milk in one night

It's a tradition that many kids leave cookies and milk for Santa claus, and he's able to eat them all, or at least take a bite of each one. How is that? You guessed it--magic.0 points

Santa can carry presents for kids all over the world

How is it that Santa can fit ALL of the presents he delivers to kids on Christmas eve on his sleigh? The presents from one neighborhood alone would be enough to fill his sleigh. My thought is that the bag Santa carries presents in is magic and can hold tons of presents but not get too big to carry--his present bag is bigger on the inside than on the outside by magic.0 points

Santa's List - Naughty or Nice?

Santa Claus
Santa's List

Are you on Santa's Naughty or Nice List?

You've heard that Santa makes a list and checks it twice... you can end up on the nice list or the naughty list depending on how you acted during the year.

I think Santa is a little lenient sometimes with putting people on the nice list.

They say that when you're on the naughty list, Santa will put coal in your stocking. I think you would have to be very naughty to get that so I didn't worry about it too much if I got in a little bit of trouble with Mom and Dad.
