Enjoying a cigarette? When nicotine and these similar chemicals are taken into your body, you are
left feeling a "high". Do you have this habit? Do You Want To Quit Smoking? How To Quit Smoking?

I know (yes, I really know!) How difficult it is.

It's purely a vocabulary issue. Everyone uses words like "quit smoking", "give
up smoking" and "stop smoking". The problem with phrasing like that is that
it sounds like you are losing something vital to your life. It gives your mind
the feeling that you are going to be missing something important to you.

"Doing It For Someone Else?"

This is the "biggie". This is the main reason that most people can't quit smoking.

When you've tried to quit in the past, were you doing it for
someone else. Perhaps your family, friends, kids or colleagues were
pressuring you to stop? Or maybe the advertising in the press and television
were putting pressure on you to quit or cut down.
Unfortunately, this simply isn't enough. I've discovered over time that if you
aren't doing it for YOURSELF then you'll never be able to quit. I've had so
many people call my office and enquire about a stopping smoking session. I
always ask them a few questions and one of them is "Who are you doing this
for you or someone else?".
If they reply that they are doing it for anyone other than themselves, then I
will thank them for their enquiry and tell them that I can't help them until
they decide to stop smoking for THEM and no one else.
I've left this reason till last for a very specific reason. I'm hoping that through
the previous 6 reasons I've given you some food for thought and made you
realise that you want to quit smoking for yourself.
Reason 7 - Important Action Point
Think long and hard about why you have bothered to download this report.
Are you doing it for yourself or for someone else. If you are doing it for
anyone but yourself then you HAVE to change that attitude first.
Now that you have hopefully realised that:
1. You don't enjoy smoking
2. Habits are fairly easily broken/replaced
3. You can achieve deep relaxation and stress-release without smoking
4. You can control your emotions without cigarettes
Once you've realised all of this it should allow you to change your mindset
and make the firm decision to quit for yourself. If that's the case, then we
can move forward.
