Jenny was born November 1, 1962 in Chicago Illinois. She has 3 sisters.
After high school, she decided to go to nursing school. She eventually dropped out to become and actress.
In 1993, Playboy picked her up as a model. She became Playboy Playmate of the Month October 1993 and Playboy Playmate of the Year 1994.
She has held various role in television shows and movies. Her acting credits include, but are not limited to: Singled Out, Scream 3, Dirty Love, Two and a Half men, Charmed, Just Shoot Me, The Drew Carey Show, and Ellen.
She married John Asher in 1999. In 2002 they had a son - Evan - together. Evan is autistic. In 2005, the couple divorced.
At the end of 2005 Jenny began dating Jim Carrey. In 2008 she announced on the Ellen DeGeneres Show that they are living together.

On May 6, 2008Jenny announced that her Autistic son has improved dramatically. He shows no signs of the Autism, but Jenny realize that he will never be fully cured.
