I have been playing this game since 5/8/2003. I think it is a fun, family friendly game. Powerpets has a great community with monitored chat boards.
It is free to play on Powerpets, but you can pay small fees for upgrades on different features if you like. I never have and don't miss the upgrades. You can thoroughly enjoy the game with out them.
With the money Powerpets makes from the upgrades and merchandise you can purchase, they help rescue animals and make the world a better place for our little furry friends.
