Chili Recipes from all Over the World
As we chili lovers know, there a many different type of chili. There are also millions of different way to use this hot and no so hot veggie. My goal with this lense is to collect as many chili recipes as possible from as many places in the world as possible. So please tell us where you are from and add your favourite chili recipe to the lense, it will be great for all of us.

"My Evil Twin" Habanero Salsa
Enjoy this lovely salsa
T = Tablespoon, t = teaspoon, md = middle size , c = cup = 2,3 dl.Yield: 8 Servings
2 T olive oil
1 md onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 anaheim chili pepper, chopped
1/2 c chicken broth
4 chiles habanero, minced
6 md tomatoes, skinned and diced
2 cn tomatoes, diced
2 T lime juice
2 T lemon juice
1 t coriander leaf, dried
1 t oregano
1 T sugar (or honey optional)
1 salt and pepper, to Taste
1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped
Saute the onions, bell peppers, and anaheims in the oil for a few minutes then add the chicken broth and saute until the broth is about gone.
Add the habaneros (you may roast them first), the diced tomatoes, lime and lemon juices, coriander, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 20 or 30 minutes and add the parsley and
simmer a few more minutes.

Chili Cheese
Make Your Own Chili Cheese
1,5 cup (300 g) fresh cheese1 tsp tomato puree
½ tsp dried chili
1-2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp chopped thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Put the cheese in a bowl, add the milk.
Stir in the cheese and milk until it is smooth and airy
Crush the dried chilli in a mortar, add it to the cheese.
Add tomato puree and fresh thyme
Add salt and pepper as you please.
Let it sit 1-2 hours before serving.
