Really nicely done - when I waitressed (20 years ago) Irish Coffee was so popular. I loved making them for customers (when I was assigned bar duty) - something about the smell of them (the Irish Coffee, not the customers - ha).

I Róisín Sweeney won the title of Power Irish Coffee Champion 2011 at the finals of the Irish Coffee making championship held at the Flying Boat Museum in Foynes, Limerick the home of Irish Coffee. I was also the first women to be awarded this prestige title. You can view a short clip of my demonstration on you tube www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AdhNdRq68 and if in Ireland you can sample one of my Irish Coffees on board the Corrib Princess Scenic Cruise, Galway.

I am a simple person because I just like a shot of Bushmill's in a cup of coffee. No sugar for me, but I do love this lens. I am adding it as a featured lens in my "Traditional Irish Recipe" lens. I am leaving you with a Squid Angel blessing and am adding your lens to My Squid Angel Wings blessing lens.

This is an absolutely incredible lens, I love it! Funnily enough, I've never even had Irish coffee and always thought Irish coffee was made with Irish cream like Baileys! I'm definitely going to give this a try, your instructions are fantastic. I love that you included links to trace your Irish heritage - I'm very proud to have Irish ancestors and I'm always interested in learning more and finding resources. Thanks for this delightful lens - sláinte!

There is nothing better than a glass of Irish coffee on a cold and snowy day such as today.
I have tried the Irish Coffee truffle bars ( a friend brought some back when he traveled around the UK) and they are so delicious. I see that now there are several different varieties of chocolates and I'll have to check them out.
