How special is your Valentine?
Have you been going through turmoil with your partner over the past couple of months? Now is a good time to make up with your partner with a special Valentines Day surprise. Make this Valentines Day special by treating your woman to something she will remember. What can you do for your gal? Well, here is an idea. If you are not the main cook in the home, then why not cook her a meal. (be certain that you know what her favourite meal is before you cook it) Try to decorate the dinner table with candles and flowers. If you prefer then you could dim the lights or get a yellow coloured bulb for lesser light. You could also paint the light bulb with her favourite color. Not a bad idea also to scent the table with your favourite body spray / aftershave. Not too much though. If you have more than one favourite after shave /body spray then use one on yourself and use one to scent the dinner table. For a woman to smell the different men's aromas at once can surely get her excited. You want to create that romantic mood and feeling.
Makes sure you get her favourite wine for the table. The choice is up to you though. You could try something new but you want to that it works for the Valentine's night. This is part of the Valentines day surprise. Doing things that she likes as opposed to things that she is not used to on Valentine's Day. Plus you could do things she is not used to throughout the year as a continuation and building of your relationship. Do things that you know please your partner on this Valentines Day surprise. The effort and thought that is put into your partner more often than not lead to successful relationships
Right, to make it a surprise you need to know the patterns of her movements. You need to plan ahead for this valentine's Day surprise. Know when she comes in. Know when she goes out. This will allow you to make up the table and of course cook the food. Sure, it is hard work but it will be worth it. Your partner will see you renewing the love.

Failing that this approach at home is not feasible, you could always book a table at the restaurant. Oh, what happens if you both book a table at the restaurant? Well, hopefully, your partner lets you take charge of the Valentine's Day activities. Part of the planning of course was for you to suggest to her that you'd rather stay on Valentine's Day. If your partner however, does book a table at a restaurant, just look at it as it was the thought that counts. Makes sure you tell that you also booked at a restaurant so that she knows and acknowledges the fact. Yes, money lost but at least years to come you both will have that Valentines day to remember. Be honest how many Valentine's Day you remember over the years? The actions and good intensions will be remembered.
If you have children they cannot be forgotten on your Valentines Day. If staying at home it become you could involve them in the Valentine's Day surprise. Get them to blow up some balloons if they are older enough. If the children are too young they could do some colourings on plain paper and get them to stick it on the wall or on piece of cardboard then onto the wall using blu-tac. You could also get some plain or colourful sticky paper that can stick on balloons. Get some children's video for the children so that they can be occupied while you pay a bit more attention to your partner on this Valentine's Day special. When the children have gone to bed then you can spend the rest of the night cuddling and kissing your partner. And tell her how much you love her.
