Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Soundtrack

"Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" is a supernatural horror film adapted from Seth Grahame-Smith's mashup novel of the same name. The film is directed by Russian-Kazakh film director Timur Bekmambetov (Yolki 2) and stars Benjamin Walker (Coach), Rufus Sewell (The Tourist) and Dominic Cooper (My Week with Marilyn, Captain America: The First Avenger).
It's one of two Lincoln movies coming out in 2012, the other one titled "Lincoln", a biopic directed by Steven Spielberg and based on Pulitzer Prize winning historian Doris Kearns Goodwin's biography "Team Of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln". The film stars Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States.

In "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" President Lincoln is fictionally portrayed as having a secret identity as a vampire hunter. His mother is killed by a supernatural creature, which fuels his passion to kill vampires and their slave-owning helpers.
The film is scored by Henry Jackman (Man on a Ledge, Puss in Boots). The soundtrack details have not been announced but the album is scheduled to be released on June 19, 2012 and available to pre-order from Amazon). Stay tuned.
