It seems we're fascinated with gool ol' Abraham Lincoln. He's always popping up in movies, tv shows and commercials. New books continue to come out, trying to shed new light on who honest Abe really was. Every few months there's a news headline prompting us to wonder new things that don't matter, like, was his face symmetrical? -- or, was he gay? Any way you slice it, he is one of the few presidents that most of us Americans can actually name -- and for good reason. He did a lot of great and noble stuff. And he had a cool beard. ;)
