The Oblique Crunch is a phenomenal abs workouts for men. It is great for developing those love handles. Before you do this exercise, make sure that you have stretched properly so that you don't injure yourself. The most common injuries that occur while exercising are in the abdomen. So make sure that you stretch.To perform the Oblique Crunch the first step is to lay on your back with your knees bent. Do this with your left leg resting flat on the floor. While your right knee is bent, move your right foot across your left knee. Put your left hand at the side of your head and your right hand on the left side of your abdominals or on the floor next to your thigh. To start the movement, curl your body up with a twisting motion. You should be bringing your left shoulder toward your right knee. slowly lower your body to the ground.
Repeat 10-15 times. Breathe out on the way up, in on the way down. Be sure to perform 3-5 sets to get the most out of the exercise. Do this for both sides.
